- Indianapolis Dine Magazine Review - February, 2006
Panelists were stunned when they found this wine's price as they guessed it was two or three times as much. Deep and dark to the core in its color, this exquisite Cab offered copious amounts of vanilla, blackberries, dark cherries, cedar and oak aromas. Definitely Californian in style, as scorers described generous amounts of ripe, dark berry fruit flavors, but it also had a certain panache with delicate notes of tobacco, dry herbs and subtle minerals. Tannins were evident but not overpowering. This wine's finish impressed tasters as it lingered long and changed on second and third samplings.
